I also forgot to add that I spoke to the EPA in person, and there is NO public review / appeal period.

The imminent decision cannot be challenged by Joe Public.

It should simply be the remaining period of review (the review of the review if you like) - so max 3-4 weeks left on that - possibly 5,, but I think the report should be pretty much done as the above info is on the portal.

Stage 4 is pretty quick and includes the main bit below.




Then to the Minister for sign off - hopefully - which is STAGE 5



One would hope that as the EPA were onsite, and amendments were made to the ERD doc AFTER that visit, that all the 'suggestions' from that visit have been followed up on, and implemented.

Now - and this is important - AVL+ shareholders should note that this is the TMT application. This infers very strongly that ONSITE PROCESSING IS THE PREFERRED OPTION - and the proof should come if there is a 'change of name' application following ministerial sign-off.

This - and again I spoke to the WA EPA in person - is a straightforward process.

Currently, the wait is 42 working days from application for a change.

If the name change of the application changes from TMT to AVL then you can be pretty sure that the bulk of processing and concentrating will be done onsite.

The AVL application for processing of ore near Geraldton is still at STAGE 2 and is years away.

The Concentrate will go to Binding Offtake holders I'd image (well who else?) - Titanium, Vanadium, possibly Gold.

A small amount will go to VSUN in Wangara as per their projected annual production nameplate.

We need to get this through at this attempt, or the project simply will not proceed. I cannot imagine a world where RCF will risk their $100,000,000+ investment on a shoddy ERD doc.
