As for 'engineering' newsflow for a cap raising, nothing being announced at the moment hasn't been flagged before.

But i agree that if no vale money forthcoming then an interim cap raising is more likely. if it was me, that raising would be above the last 10c raising to keep our corporate friends happy. also, it needs to be enough to keep exploration ticking over for 12-18 mths before free cash from stage 1 provides a funding source. so $10m ball park is what i would have in mind too.

so, off course, the higher the share price the better for such a raising. still some irons in the fire for us to sneak through without a further cap raising; h/e not much point running cash down much below $3-5m for an op the size of AVB.
