I agree with the motivation being in Macquarie's best interests. There are lines of outstanding options that are all now in the money and all waiting to be exercised. More dilution down the track then.
I do want this company to do well and I believe it can. It just seems like there's something else going on here that most of the investors are being cut out of.
Big announcement coming for sure, it may take a little digging to figure out exactly who benefits from it though?
