Good to see these guys clearing out non core assets and bringing in even more cash. This potential sale of Charteris Creek effectively takes care of the first year's expenditure commitment for the new cobalt project in Spain without having to touch the existing cash balance of over $2.5m.
Add that to the news that ADX have left the building which removes the threat of any overhang and sets the stage for some interesting months ahead.
