agree paul, im not suggesting or recommending 'sell at 15-18c', just pointing out that this is a short term target, and that stages 2 and 3 are the real jewels in AVB's crown! nor was i suggesting that people are blind to future potential either, just that the market has not priced in the future potential of AVB yet (compared with other stocks - take SIR for eg, sp of $3.50+ means the future is well priced in).
