The actions (see inactivity) of this board is simply astounding. They constantly allow negative press to go unanswered and to even entertain the idea of accepting an appallingly low offer is just ludicrous. As soon as the leak happened this morning (AFR article) the board should have been on the front foot and stated that IF such a silly offer was put forward it would recommend to the holders to reject it. But no.. just silence.

If the books are bad then the company needs to come clean to the shareholders and propose action. I could accept it if Launa got up at a shareholders meeting and just came clean. But the silence is killing me.

Also - to all the people boosting about how much they 'got out' with a token 'sorry to the holders'. You can all just shut your faces.
