I suppose the people who got on board bellow 3 bucks are quite happy with telstra's recent performance, acting as a defensive stock in falling market and re-bouncing fairly quickly after going ex dividend.
However for the sake of mum and dad investors, some of whom paid over 5 bucks for the stock, still holding and collecting relatively modest yield in terms of their initial investment, I am for a good rise in SP. And I mean good rise.
Maybe then I will buy a smart phone, put some money in it and go on a shopping spree.
