not in europe.UK,US,canada,china,japan has a bank introduced an nfc mobile wallet.The reason is because the tech.s and telco's control the nfc technology which has made possible their expansion into the finance,advertising sectors etc,they want to b the ones to make the profits,not just to b utilities for the banks.Tls is unique in the world they have said and have left it to a bank/s to introduce and make the profits.
