hi walpolepark, you reminded me of a book I read a lot of years ago about a guy in America, before our computer age who made millions ? from Wall St by only buying stocks which were in an uptrend and sold them if they stopped going up. Be bought the daily news paper and tore out the stock tables to study,not even reading the bussiness pages. he knew nothing about any of the companies he invested in and didnt want to.

each to their own I guess ??
