It's SP is heavily discounted at the moment, considering its recent prices that is. Whether it's worth more than a dollar remains to be seen as profits are currently taking a hit, but short term, buying interest has only just started again. It's only just now showing signs of turning around again.

I do not expect miracles here but a short term bounce looks likely.

There's also another thread here about speculation over Quicksilver being integrated into BBG, not sure if I see that as good or bad short term.
