Chinese "diesel to Hythane" buses deal should be through Brehon Far-East, as this comapny will have the exclusive license to market and distribute all hydrogen and Hythane products owned or developed by Brehon throughout Asia, Australasia, and the Pacific (including Pakistan, India, Japan, and China). This info is taken from the initial announcement "Major Green Energy Initiative", dated 16th June 04.
As far as the nitty-gritty details go on the financials, the ultimate structure of Eden Energy, and all of the float/prospectus info, as far as I know these details are still being finalised by the company, and there will no doubt be an announcement when everything is sorted out. Until then, there is not much point speculating on the exact outcome.
