I have been of the view for some weeks that at this price we are a target for a take over. With the latest announcement I think it pushes us further into the sights of a competitor.
When the announcement as to reserves is made the price will want to increase substantially and in shot time, otherwise we could well see a takeover and I don't know that this would realise the true value for NEN. I believe it would invole other parties entering the process given what NEN has in regard to resources etc.
