    The response I received from Stake was they need a valid US CUSIP (a unique number for the US listing) before they can submit a DWAC request (to transfer the shares to your US Stake account). I haven't seen anything about the CUSIP for CBR and not sure how to obtain it.

    Also, you need to complete the DTC election form on the CBR website.
