Stakeholders

One can find many studies on the concept of stakeholders. Roughly there are 3 main stakeholders of a business or company: owner, people and society. There are many definitions of stakeholders too, but in general: they have a stake in the company, they are engaged in the company and as such have influence on the company. Running through the presentations of Lynas there is much attention to people and society, attention for environment, culture, sustainability, modern slavery, diversity, health and safety etc, Important themes indeed! Little or no attention is paid to the shareholders value (cynical said, the shares are mentioned when it comes to performance rights), Shareholders who are part of the owner stakeholders and who provided the neccesary capital for the the Lynas growth plan 2025. And although the financial key performance indicators are going up rapidly, the SP seems to remains at the same level. Basicly the minimal equirement informing shareholders is carried out, i.e. the quarterly briefings are held. The fundamental questions on dividend, US stock exchange, and I add, buy back of outstanding shares however are not answered fundamentally.
Why are the shareholders not recognised? This is hard to answer and it would be too easy to point the finger at AL as she is part of a team that's supports this direction obviously. What I do notice is that the retail shareholders are leaving the LYC stock because of the poor shareholders perspective.
