My research into the matter re the Aluminium side of things leads me to believe that the process is a formality.
Time will tell but I dont worry about it too much these days.
I am basing my upside on the relationships they now have with Alcoa and Sims. JV with either party, and we wont be worrying about stalemates any more.
The costs of not closing the loop puts a floor in the processing costs that we can charge hence where the profits come from.
Not long to go to see whether I am right or wrong.
