So the stock has been sitting there for quite a while doing nothing. Surely this stalemate cannot last forever.

A break upwards may be caused by:
    1. Plant is completed and production starts.
    2. Announcement of a good deal.
    3. Placement above current price levels to existing corporate shareholder or potential partner.
    4. They found gold?

Of course, the break could also be downwards:
    1. Placement way below current price levels.
    2. Trouble completing the plant.
    3. Problems with existing contracts.
    4. Departure of key personnel.

It is kind of 50-50 and I can't convince myself to buy more or sell any. Any thoughts?
