they may not have the scoping study in their hands but they would have a much better indication than the wider market as to how the company intends to mine the deposit and also a better approximate of likely costs e.g. open cut Rossing style (refer kariba's post in which he figuratively knocked doctor j's teeth out in pointing out his flawed assumptions).
