I think the jury is still out this one.
The market seems to be torn between the idea is this a good thing or a bad one for SKR. Hence, the reason for the stale trades at the moment, although not many players today, we may see more tomorrow depending how oversea's market trading.

Even though the rush of buyers did spell approval of RIO's diamond mine to SKR but the on slaught selling showed disapproval towards the news, or maybe some don't believe SKR can pull this off.

We have a hard crowd investors today, hopefully it might be more favorable tomorrow..
