Stalling before the surge?

I have been surprised to see a SP stagnating over the last few months. This is a management (I think the only one I know) that has kept promises and over delivered. I though fair value was north of $3.50, based on the output and potential.
I won't be giving any up at this price though!

Stick to your guns guys, deliver a good production report for the qtr and we will see what Cameron brings. If either is exemplary then watch out, we will be $4 before we know it...
