    BRR, as with many situations, you can look at them benignly or skeptically.. While I would like to look on TIS's statements benignly, unfortunately,history tells me this may be somewhat naive. The delay in lodging the CE application was not announced to shareholders until about a month after they said they were going to lodge it (not beforeheand) and the reason still seems to me a bit like "The dog ate my homework". There may be some benefits in delaying, but if VG sells like hotcakes, they are probably going to have to produce more this year anyway arent they? We were also told categorically that the delay would not hold up our commencment of sales this quarter because it was a basic admin procedure. Well, here we are and 2 weeks until the end of the quarter and no news.

    I wouldnt be overly concerned about SM getting it wrong though. The more he does, the more his supporters jump to his defence. I will be able to demonstrate this point very shortly...
