By appointing conflicts committees is is quite apparent that there will be occasions where it will be necessary and the committee is no doubt there to satisfy governances if nothing else, just like the independent expert Grant Samuel's report only even cheaper now lolol. Who will they represent ?, should BAM be concerned ? is this reflected in the current SP ?

There is a lot of volume going through given the low percentage not held by the BAM associated investors. Makes me wonder that it is being worked over by late beppa buyers to crawl their capital back.
