    Has anyone figured out how much Stamp Duty will be paid to the Office of State Revenue for the Transaction?
    I've tried to scour the document for some reference to stamp duty but have come up blank. One might imagine that the Stamp Duty will be huge, and an additional drain on SIR cash resources.

    Has me wondering if the consolidation of ownership is such a great idea after all ...
