I've read a few people also noting the same as you, September and November before the US election, prices could really drop if theres a big increase in sellers around then. some of the forecasts are predicting a crash worse than the great depression. im getting out early and going to be an interested invester with my money intact to put into a bottomed out market post crash, whenever that may be.
