btw I spoke to my sister about her experience working with Grant. She did so many years ago and didn’t enjoy the experience very much. I talked to her about my views on trauma and abuse but didn’t have much success.

for me I can operate at two levels and always have. Look at what is before me and try to operate from a position of understanding. My job has depended on it but if I think back to childhood it has always been with me. In part that comes from having a sister who was badly burnt as a child and simultaneously dealing with the family consequences and a deep sense of care. People regularly behave in ways that are a bit off. But the best thing is when you turn that around. If grant behaved badly maybe over many years he has been let to get away with it. That’s behavioural reinforcement

and yes you were attacking grant as a professional.
