    Here here for that. I didn't want to buy into this argument but Stan needs to "come out". Today it is fashionable to be indigenous. Many years ago it was not. The info I have from a worker involved is that Stan was a frequent attendant at a Salon, let's say near Byron Bay, where he wanted the whiter than white appearance. This was not something that happened overnight. Sometime later, with changes in community perceptions, not to mention the rewards of being a "spokesperson", said Stan revisited the same Salon asking to be darker. Can not verify that info as was not there, but there is no doubt that his skin colour has changed from darker to whiter to darker. Anyway, he has to live with any charade if applicable.
