    The four stages are logical in concept, and it is easy to see them when they are on the left side of the chart. It is not easy when you are on the right edge of a chart :-)

    I had read his book. The thing that has stuck in my mind, and this is mentioned in the first or second chapter of his book, that the share price (demand and supply) has almost everything we need to know about a stock. It encompasses those who know, those who don't know, investors sentiments, traders sentiments, etc.
