Well think about this
instead of SDL vs GBG vs the rest
its now SDL and GBG vs the rest.
Together they eliminate the competition with each other.
Together they have a much larger resource, at 2 different locations.
Together with the board they have it will be easier to implement infrastructure.
Together it will be easier to finance since the main problem was risk in Sundance's location.
Together they will be pumping out heaps of ore when both start production.
