They half year report tomorrow will tell. They test the carrying value of all their assets and will report their impairments. The market action reckons it must be a monster write down.
Who would have thought STO would get to the $5 range. over 12 years of share price appreciation eliminated.
With no floor LNG price in the formula -- at a oil price around $40 it must be getting close to uneconomic to run the plant. Do they have to supply the LNG at a loss ?
