Sounds like you are treating avb like a prostitute - you are only enjoying the ride for an hour.
Imagine if in a year or two from now you pick up the paper and see that avb has a sp of $1.50.
Bcoz I strongly beleive that this is very possible , I decided to sell a portion (sold prev at 23c) and hold the rest of my shares long term.
Perhaps you could consider a similar strategy.
