With the number of holders receiving multiple phone calls ,myself included, and the general sentiment on the HC forum being no thanks I would not be surprised for the offer to be increased again sometime this week,I would imagine that they have a few more votes in the yes column but not enough to swing it just yet.I do not have much faith in a counter bid from another party at this time but I hope I am wrong.
All my own uneducated opinion.
