Good point. In addition, I would add that in retrospect, Pfizer will have realised they wrongly assumed that the 100% ringing endorsement of the offer by the board would strongly persuade most of us to accept their "judgement" and roll over.
(was it 1000% !!! - idiotic endorsement unless cunningly disguised as a good strategy for we shareholders)
