Lots of conjecture on here as to what they really want, but clearly they want it. There are several arrows in the Resapp quiver and any or all of them are feasible.

1) Covid detection:- Latest evaluation did not perform as well as previous ones but popular opinion is that it can be tweaked to accommodate the various strains as they mutate.

2) ResappDX :- Gaining traction around the world finally and is an important tool in telehealth sphere. Having another crack at FDA approval.

3) Sleepcheck:- As stated by@MyBentley, has great potential and has FDA approval.

I have held firm on this stock for years in the belief and hope that it will "get there" in the end. I think it's getting there soon. I will still be voting no on this offer.
