If Pfizer and the BOD think the yes vote is leading right now, know this!
There are millions of yes votes that's going to change to No just before vote closing time. That way it's to late for you to put in a higher bid to try and change the result.
So do the right thing early enough and put in a realistic offer that everyone would walk away happy, cheers !
