Thank you Seamisty for your technical explanation of basic principles of Class Action.
With respect, you omitted to highlight a statutory obligation our solicitors
(and all parties labourng on our behalf) have to:
ACT IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF (their) CLIENTS.
I agreed with Babihutan, I agree with your explanation.
I do not accept it.
Our interests must be communicated to those parties.
Our duty, be it driven by Reason or Emotion, is to let those Parties deciding
our final resting places in this financial catastrophe,
that we are not a bunch of silenced lambs.
We must not allow misunderstandings at this final stage of our grazing time.
In the past I asked for your co-operation in raising member voices for PIF asset sale freeze.
Now I am sking you to to lend your considerable persuasion skills to
raise this voice and to obtain an audible and unequivocal committment from parties concerned to
"ACT IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF PIF MEMBERS".
Equally, we need an unequivocal statement about Member Rights
to vote on Acceptance or Rejection of forthcoming "offers".
