I am indebted to you Jadel for posting this thorough riposte to ‘stand up’ clarion call to members.
Many among them should be equally indebted to you for your valiant motivational words:
“Shareholders are simply requesting that the matter be FULLY TESTED IN A COURT of LAW
and not in a private settlement that will result in a miniscule,…”

With this, I feel fully justified in raising the matter, first behind the curtain of my medicinal purgatory,
then on the thread upon resurfacing.
I would have expected my previous post “A very notable omission” to resonate louder
and above perceived fears of treading on forbidden subject.
I repeated same convictions in reply to seamisty in “stand up mark 2”.

Hopefully an acceptance of Rights to Voice our Rights will get wider thanks to your significant pushrod.
Made under difficult personal circumstances, which I hope will soon improve.
