The finance question is one big merry go round with many seeming to believe it is all ok!!
The simple fact is no one has provided a term sheet for approved finance (unless it hasn't been published yet) and this is the whole issue - Can SDL get finance and on what terms?
The indicative offers, promises of support, expressions of Interest all mean zilch.
I am hoping they will get finance, however the longer it drags on the worse it is for retail holders and imo the better for the convertible note holders who will be in prime position to grab the assets. (Although that may well be an even bigger bun fight)
The market won't react until there is some concrete evidence of financial support - imho.
