The lenders will need to see our EP3 which is in the hands of the experts. Jill advised that SDL aims to get it by June this year. Without the EP3, there will not be any term sheet, IMO. One very positive sign for SDL is all these development funds are very active in helping the African countries. If you Google Cameroon, you will find many projects, water, road, electricity, telecommunication etc are funded by these development funds. A few days ago, I have seen one hydropower project funded by 5 to 6 development banks.
