To retract from debate is not the way to go. I'm putting some questions and a particular scenario to you (which could very likely turn out to be the case) and then asking, on the premise posted, do you think that EP3 is still in train or needed? and secondly, if China places 3.5Bil on the table, do you think that there is a necessity for compliance with EP3? Your view is appreciated.
