Ridgewood outlined, quite reasonably, his decision to post the IP transcript link. Being an 'objective' day today (completely missed it in my diary so thanks for the reminder), I'd say it was a transcript worthy of discussion.
My opinion however is that the company is not 'absolutely in fine stead'. We can run through all of the great deeds done to date... re-rating moments, de-risking, etc etc. However you only have to track the path of the share price as evidence enough of dwindling shareholder confidence. If the IP is not an issue, then why has the company not made a statement to that effect? Simple - let the market know the position and remove the ambiguity.
Then again, there maybe other external factors at play that none of us are aware of.
Loved the opportunistic 'reluctant apology' one-liner... classic.
