thanks very much taipanoblehouse, very informative post, i need to decide quickly what to do as the court outcome will play a large roll in share price, the value of crux seems quite incredible and in my opinion that alone will keep nxs afloat regardless of court outcome, current share price seems so cheap that at 8 cents how could you go wrong, thanks again for your time making the post, regards dean
