Hey 3suns. You're right- the litigation stuff has been around for a long time- years. I watched NXS for a while- 12c seemed low, then it went to some 16c and I took it off the watch list - thought it was a bit toppy- go figure. Now it could look "cheap", I guess - and those who know better than me would know if this is the case. It could really do with one of those massive re-capitalisations- early pain, but long-term gain.
