I don't need you to explain what has already been discussed on a separate thread, nor what I clearly understand

Find out if the other Bergen funding recipients had the same T&C's on the conversion, sale and buy back ability that SOC has put in place, to compare others without clarifying is simply misleading

What use is 4M+ shares with a 10% buffer in something as illiquid as SOC - even with the $100k premium you are going to get burnt dumping, unlike some of the pennies and more liquid stocks you mentioned where it is a possibility to exit in profit

It is simply comparing apples and oranges and pointless

I hold and am in no way concerned about this deal, nor them being well funded leading into 2014
