Well it is happening again in the SCARD sector
(1) CUBIC in Queenland
(2) ERG in NSW
(4) DOWNER ADI( subsidiares in WA)
(5) Victoria ? It wont be CUBIC...so an option for Victria is give the contract to ERG so the two largest states would have the same operator ...but will a LABOR state give the contract to a 'LIBERAL KENNETT' ERG?
Maybe our children will have the last laugh
