    UGL shot up with 5mins of trade left. Has been strong all day but to suddenly leap 30c can only mean smething is up. My guesstimate is announcement re decent tender win is imminent. If correct this is no surprise. CEO stated recently that UGL are close to winning several major tenders worth a total of 6Billion. Not bad on top of the 8.3B already booked in. UGL mkt cap of about 1.25B.
