    PSX has formed a flag pattern. A CLOSE below 12.5c would spell failure. My target, 20c.

    I've just been watching the mkt depth. IMHO, some strong buying coming back in.....I expect to see a flag break out trading opportunity.

    Anybody know why of any announcements pending?
