1. I'm looking at the value they can bring to the board. I think this demonstrates & supports growth and planning. With things progressing as they are....we are going to need to increase the team.

2. The results are from only 3 basins within 1 license, with prospects looking better across all licenses to a degree. We all now, the market can be asleep at times.

Premium....What about considering the differential of what could be considered the norm with an explorer....a 20%+ discount....the differential = 38%.

But as you say...Its a great development.
