Keep hoping they will fall, but to 75-83 cents is extremely unlikely. If the stock gets under 90 cents I will be shocked.
Chicago does not require any funding. Has already been reported in the US press that Chicago will buy the hardware outright and RDF will receive the original payment plus ongoing yearly maintenance fees.
So if your basis for a pull back is a capital raising then you a very much on the wrong track. The only capital raising likely is that the Dec 03 options execisable at $1.10 will be in the money in December and upto $6.5M can be received into the RDF coffers
