Thanks NL, on battery tech and graphite, it's my understanding that it used on the anode, and the metals boom is about the cathode. Graphene will improve performance of existing cathodes. So it's not a competitor technology to cobalt/manganese/nickel/titanium. Lithium is for both cathode metal and electrolyte.

IMO once major capital is invested in current EV technologies, power optimization will occur within the paradigm, not disruption from without. Teslas are already pretty good - if graphene can double their range, well that's excellent, because it won't require changing much of the production line.
