Nah, all reports suggest they are working together closely, and either party trying to bend the other over a barrel wouldn't lead to very good relationships going forwards!
I'd say negotiations will just take a time as all key details of resource sizes - so who's bringing what to the table - need to be in place. The JV's yet to get a resource estimate on their new patch - for example. Creasy might be waiting on results from his recent drilling too. All takes time.
