It's going to run up a little from here this week, might touch 10 cents again, but I can't see it breaking through 10 cents without an announcement.

Its interesting all the surges and falls of late have been very easy to pick, before the surge up last week the buy side built heavily in the morning, and then ran all day. Same with the fall at the end of the week with sellers building strongly. It looks obvious to me that this will touch at least 9.4 cents in the next few days. 8.7 was the higher lower as I pointed out before and it's a good sign. Good luck I hold TOXO.
